WHAT IS JETPRO RECRUIT™?

JetPro Recruit™ offers full-time placement services for pilots, flight attendants, and maintenance technicians. We understand that offering a full-time position to a crew member without seeing him or her in action can be risky. With JetPro Recruit,™ our clients are able to use a crew member(s) during a client-defined trial period before making a full-time offer. Other benefits of the JetPro Recruit™ service include:

  • Screening criteria is defined by you, for example, how much weight to put into factors such as a pilot’s base location, total time, currency, and experience in a given aircraft.

  • JetPro Recruit™ is available for Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations.  Trial periods for hiring Part 135 pilots can be done under part 91 if this aligns with a client’s operations.

  • Try out different crew members during the trial period to find the candidate that best fits your operation.

  • During the trial period, crew training records are pro-actively monitored by JetPro.

  • JetPro remains the employer of record until your selected candidate accepts your employment offer.

  • No fees are paid until a candidate is hired by you.  The one-time placement fee, paid at the time of hire, is reduced by trips processed during the trial period.

How Does it Work?

After a discovery process and initial discussions with your operations team to understand your needs, JetPro will provide hand-selected candidates from our vast network for your consideration. Feel confidence knowing that you can fly with your candidate and assess their performance before committing to a full-time offer of employment.

  • Step 1: Information Gathering

    When it comes to finding the right fit for the position, it is important to first understand your needs. We will work closely with you at the beginning to understand your needs and the requirements of the position including aircraft, base location (if any), qualifications required/desired, start date, anticipated salary range, etc.

  • Step 2: Initial Contract

    Once the requirements are understood, a simple agreement will be executed by both parties to establish terms. In addition, this agreement establishes the proper working relationship for JetPro to provide temporary crewing services during the trial period as part of the overall engagement.

  • Step 3: Candidate Search

    JetPro will search within our own internal CrewTrac™ database (and outside of our internal system if needed) to screen & identify the best qualified candidates based upon the established requirements. Once qualified candidates have been identified, JetPro will present candidates for your consideration.

  • Step 4: Selection & Trial Period

    Once you have reviewed the candidates, this is your opportunity to get them scheduled for trips so that you can assess their skills and personalities…in person, on the road, and in real life. You can repeat this process for as many trips and with as many candidates as you like, until the primary decision makers are comfortable with the selection of your final candidate. Trips during the trial period will be tracked for credit toward the one-time final placement fee, but otherwise will be managed by JetPro in a similar fashion as the JetPro Trip™ model.

  • Step 5: Final Placement

    Once you’ve made a final decision, an offer is made to the final candidate. Once this offer is accepted by the candidate the balance of the one-time placement fee is paid, and the candidate is yours to hire.
