A Fort Wayne native, Seth has over 15 years of honorable military service & 8 years of specialized expertise in onboarding and recruitment.  With an Associate’s degree in Human Resource Management, Seth combines his aviation knowledge and HR skills to deliver top-notch recruitment services for our clients.  He is passionate about connecting talented individuals with rewarding aviation careers.  Seth lives in Fort Wayne and cherishes his family, sharing life with his beloved wife and two cherished sons.
