WHAT IS JETPRO HR™?

JetPro HR™ is a comprehensive HR solution that covers payroll, tax withholdings, benefits and crew insurance. As the employer of record for your aviation staff, we assume HR and administrative responsibilities, including employment tax liability, so you can run your own operation with confidence. Advantages of our JetPro HR™ service include:

How Does it Work?

After a discovery process and initial discussions with your operations team to understand your needs, JetPro Pilots will provide hand-selected candidates from our vast network for your consideration. You are also welcome to bring in your own crew members. JetPro HR covers any position within your flight department, from crew members to administrative personnel. Assigned crew members are exclusively available to your operation.

  • Step 1: Understanding Your Department

    If you need complete HR services for your flight operation, we’ll work with you to gather all the necessary details, and begin by
    understanding your needs and the requirements of your department, including aircraft, base location, qualifications required/
    desired, start date, anticipated salary range and others.

  • Step 2: Initial Contract

    Once the requirements are understood, a simple agreement will be executed by both parties to establish terms. In addition, this
    agreement establishes the proper working relationship for JetPro Pilots to provide complete HR services as part of our overall
    engagement.

  • Step 3: Candidate Search

    JetPro Pilots will search within our own internal CrewTrac™ database (and outside of our internal system if needed) to screen
    and identify the best qualified candidates based upon the established requirements. Once qualified candidates have been
    identified, JetPro Pilots will present candidates for your consideration. You are also welcome to bring in your own crew members.

  • Step 4: Final Onboarding

    Our team will work with you to complete all tax paperwork, benefits paperwork and any other necessary documents. We will
    also set up your information in our exclusive CrewTrac™ and TripTrac™ technologies for expense reporting and records tracking.
